Important Information
Any item can be returned up to 14 days from the date of receipt. The item must be returned intact and in its original packaging, including its cartons and labels, together with the order/receipt number. Only unused and unwashed products can be returned. A refund will only be made if we are informed about the return within 48 hours of receiving it when the item reaches us (within 7 working days from the moment the item was received and found to be in good condition). - The payment method charged in the transaction will be credited with the price of the returned product, minus a clearing fee of 5% of the product's value. If you want to replace the products you purchased with others, you must place a new order on the website. A credit will be received for the purchase made after the items have been received and checked with us after clearing the clearing fee. Shipping fees will not be included in the credit amount. In a situation where a monetary credit is given - the clearing fee and shipping cost will be waived (if the shipping was not paid for by the customer in the original order and when the amount of the credit lowers the amount of the order below the amount specified for free shipping eligibility on the website).
